Super cleaning & anti inflammatory smoothie


1 Avocado
Bunch of parsley
1 Lemon
4 Carrots
1 Stick of Celery
3 Lettuce Leaves
1/4 Cucumber

Juice the Parsley. celery. lettuce, cucumber and lemon – removing the rind.

Pulse the avocado in a food processor and add to your juice.
